Agreement

By using roomXplore you agree to these terms. roomXplore is operated by BuildsInfinity Technologies, a sole proprietorship (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UP-28-0210008), Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What roomXplore is

roomXplore is a discovery platform. We list PG, hostel and co-living properties, show availability and rent information sourced from the owner's records in TrackMyPG, and pass your enquiry to that owner.

We are not a landlord, broker or agent. We do not own, manage, inspect or let any property, and we are not party to any agreement you sign with an owner.

Free for seekers

Searching, shortlisting and enquiring on roomXplore is free. We never charge seekers brokerage, unlock fees or commission. If anyone asks you to pay roomXplore to see a listing or contact an owner, it is not us — please report it.

Accuracy of listings

Availability, rent, deposit, amenities and house rules come from the property owner. We show when a listing last synced so you can judge how current it is, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct or that a room remains available at the moment you enquire.

Always confirm rent, deposit, notice period and house rules directly with the owner before paying anything or signing an agreement.

How results are ordered

In the default “Recommended” order, properties whose owners have paid for placement through a roomXplore plan appear higher and are clearly labelled “Featured” or “Boosted”. Within that, results are ordered by how closely they match your search and by how recently their availability was updated.

When you choose a sort yourself (such as price, rating, availability or newest), results follow only that choice. Paid placement never decides whether a property is listed, and a free listing can be found in the same way as a paid one.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information in enquiries, including your real name, contact number and move-in date.
• Use the platform only to find accommodation for yourself or someone you are acting for.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish listing data, or use it to build a competing index.
• Do not use roomXplore to send spam, harass owners, or post unlawful or misleading content.

Dealings with owners

Any tenancy, payment, deposit or dispute is strictly between you and the property owner. We are not responsible for the condition of a property, the conduct of an owner or tenant, or the outcome of any visit or agreement.

That said, we do care: if a listing misrepresents availability or an owner behaves badly, tell us and we will investigate and may remove the listing.

Intellectual property

The roomXplore name, design, content and software belong to BuildsInfinity Technologies. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Property photographs and descriptions remain the property of the respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, roomXplore is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, from listing inaccuracies, or from your dealings with any property owner.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the product changes; the updated date at the top always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
